Villa Campo di Fiore is an ancient 18th century Villa located in the heart of Tuscany, at the foot of the Monte Lignano Natural Park, in an area rich in history and nature.
Its position is strategic, since it is located in the countryside, between the renowned cities of Arezzo and Cortona.

The Villa
This manor villa still preserves many of its original contents, including frescoes.
The interior design, whilst still charmingly traditional, has been revisited and enriched by painter and artist Franco Villoresi.
On the ground floor: art exposition and welcoming room, living room, dining room, wine cellar, open kitchen and dining room, toilette.
On the first floor: living room, queen bedroom with separate toilette and bathroom, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom.
The Garden
Where once there were fields, now there are gardens.
Laid out in terraces, there are about eight of them, surrounded by a large variety of trees and scattered with stonework decorations, ancient and new.
A fruit orchard includes grafted fruit trees and grape vines, while a small river that runs down from Monte Lignano marks the property’s border.
