This manor villa still preserves many of its original contents, including frescoes.
The interior design, whilst still charmingly traditional, has been revisited and enriched by painter and artist Franco Villoresi.
On the ground floor a large fully furnished kitchen, a living room with a large fireplace and TV, a dining room, a service bathroom and them the sculptures exposition room and wine cellar.
Taking the stairs at the entrance you reach the living room on the first floor, also equipped with a mezzanine that in the past was used as a reading area. From the living room you can reach the other rooms: queen bedroom with separate toilette and bathroom, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, bathroom.
The living room leads to the bathroom and 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with single beds, a single bedroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom and toilet.
Some rooms are decorated with 18th century frescoes. The ceiling of one of the double bedrooms has a fresco representing the 4 seasons, other rooms have traces of still visible frescoes.
The Garden
It is a pleasure to walk the gardens, discovering it’s layout and secret corners. The private park around the villa is made up of many terraced gardens, each with characteristics that make them unique, surrounded by a large variety of trees and scattered with stonework decorations, ancient and new. A fruit orchard includes grafted fruit trees and grape vines, while a small river that runs down from Monte Lignano marks the property’s border.
Located in front of the villa there are two historic gardens recognizable by the walls that surround them along with the remaining terraced gardens, all of these complete with garden furniture.
Among these gardens is the private swimming pool above the land, a great occasion for a swim in the fresh water.
Open from June 15th to September 15th.
