House rules

A home to enjoy with care

Historic furnishings, artworks, gardens and equipment are part of the villa's character. Use them carefully, avoid moving them and promptly report any damage or faults.

Hours and guests

• Arrival from 15:00; departure by 10:00.
• Maximum 8 guests, as agreed in the confirmation.
• Quiet hours are 13:00–15:00 and 22:00–06:00 during stays; event hours are agreed separately.
• Parties, events, photo shoots and visits by non-residents must be agreed before the stay.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors. The interiors are non-smoking. Use ashtrays and take care around vegetation and flammable materials.

Pets

Pets are welcome with a supplement of €20 per day, specified in the quotation. State their presence and number when enquiring. They must be supervised and respect the spaces and quiet; collect and dispose of their waste.

Pool, fire and safety

Use the pool, fireplace, barbecue and wood-fired oven according to the instructions provided. Always supervise children, especially near water, stairs and changes in garden levels. The pool is available during the agreed seasonal period.

Departure

Follow the instructions for separating waste. Leave the kitchen and rooms in reasonable condition, close the windows and return the keys as agreed. The security deposit, payments and cancellations are described in the booking conditions.
