For stays, an advance payment of 30% and the remaining balance 30 days before arrival; for bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% is payable immediately. A separate €500 security deposit is required on arrival. The price, any supplements, deadlines and payment arrangements are stated in the written confirmation. The website does not take online payments.

More than 60 days before arrival, all amounts paid for the stay are refunded; from 60 to 31 days, the cancellation charge is 30%; at 30 days or less, in the event of a no-show or early departure, it is 100%. Villa Campo di Fiore welcomes intimate gatherings and small events — ceremonies, weddings, dinners, conferences and celebrations — for up to 100 people. The villa provides its spaces; guests and the professionals they choose are responsible for planning and organising the event.

Events can accommodate up to 100 people; spaces and arrangements are agreed for each occasion. The limit of eight guests applies to overnight stays.

Event hours are agreed individually and may extend beyond the quiet hours for stays. Music, setup and finishing times are agreed for the occasion: unlimited hours are not offered.
